Job Title: Campaign Marketing Manager

Responsible To:

  • Local Riding Association Volunteer Coordinator (if available)
  • Local Riding Association Chair (if available)
  • Shawn Gray OCT, Federal Volunteer Coordinator
  • Local Candidate

Position Summary: To plan, advertise and executing a local marketing campaign for the local Candidate. To recruit volunteers locally for the development and dispersion of collateral materials.

Duties:

  • Plan local marketing efforts
  • Obtain local volunteers
  • Develop advertising material is various mediums including:
    • Print
    • Television
    • Radio
    • YouTube
    • Social Media
  • Execute an effective local marketing campaign
  • Effectively communicate with the local candidate and volunteers
  • Effectively communicate with Federal Volunteer Coordinator
  • Share all planning information with other PPCA organizers nationally through Wiki & Forums
  • Contact local media to arrange speaking engagements, interviews, debates, etc
  • Increase the footprint of the local candidate and the PPCA in the riding

Qualifications:

  • Organizational Skills
  • Writing Skills
  • Design & Advertising Skills an Asset
  • Must be extremely passionate about Pirate Party core values
  • Recruitment Skills
