Because the General Assembly is meeting on the Thursday this week, the Federal Council Meeting will occur on Friday May 20th from 9:00pm - 11:40pm Eastern in #council. Below is the proposed agenda. All reports are based on progress toward completing the "to-do list" found here: http://pr.piratepad.ca/94


Agenda:

  • Meeting will open at 9:00pm Eastern
  • Report from the Leader (max 5 minutes)
  • Report from the Interpartisan & International Relations Director (max 5 minutes)
  • Report from the Volunteer Coordinator (max 5 minutes)
  • Report from the Public Relations Coordinator (max 5 minutes)
  • Report from the IT Admin (max 5 minutes)
  • Issues arising from the reports, aka "Old Business" (max 20 minutes)
  • Web Site Redesign Brainstorm (max 20 minutes)
  • Lawful Access Law & PPCA's Response (max 20 minutes)
  • Brainstorm List of Required Collateral and/or Collateral Templates to be developed (10 minutes)
  • June Newsletter Topics & Work Distribution (max 20 minutes)
  • Create List of Items for Next Meeting's Agenda (max 5 minutes)
  • Federal Council Duty Reallocation (max 20 minutes)
  • Provincial and Municipal Parties (max 20 minutes)
  • Develop "To-Do List" for FC with items due by next meeting (May 26, 2011 - 9:00 Eastern)
  • Meeting will close at 11:00pm Eastern
