  • Strategy Coordinator Report (5 minutes max)
  • IT Admin Report (5 minutes max)
  • Press Relations Report (5 minutes max)
  • Issues arising from report (20 minutes max)
  • Shadow Cabinet Formation (20 minutes max)
  • CIRA Election (20 minutes max)
  • Other topics (30 minutes max)
  • Create Agenda for June 9th meeting & review Task List (5 minutes)


We will endeavour to stick to the schedule so the meeting can end at 11:00pm Eastern.
