Non-profit Corporation
It looks as though we will be filing the application for the non-profit corporation in Montreal. We'll need to decide who the three applicants are, keeping in mind that the three applicants will become directors for the corporation.
University Promo
Some of us have been talking about a university promo program. What can we do at the various Montreal universities/CEGEPs?
Membership Form
For now we're using the Elections Canada form for accepting membership, but once we register we don't need this form anymore. However I think we should have some sort of non-electronic method of accepting membership.

And as always, plan the next meeting.
Minutes
Non-profit Corporation
Bylaws are pretty much done, just need to do up and sign the application. Rob.s.brit, Nuitari and fx will be the applicants. We will need two more directors, but they need not be in Montreal.
University Promo
We want to set up promos at Concordia, McGill and UdeM to get more students involved. More on this to be discussed at the next meeting.
Membership Form
We got a few people to sign more membership forms.
Slogan
We threw out a few ideas for a slogan to put on a business card or a banner, but nothing really struck us as great.
Membership Fees
Perhaps having membership fees is not the best idea. We should consider removing them and being funded through donation.
Next Meeting
Next meeting is August 31st, same place and time.
